Given the size of the organisation and the nature of the processing carried out, no data protection officer has been appointed. Requests are handled directly by management.

Quote wizard and contact form: name, email address, phone, company and project description. This data is used solely to process your request and reply to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Newsletter: email address and reading language. Subscription becomes active only after confirmation through a link sent to that address (double opt-in). Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message.

Client area: name, email, hashed password, company, phone, plus the messages and deliverables tied to your projects. Legal basis: performance of our contract.

Analytics: traffic statistics, set only after your explicit agreement through the cookie settings panel. Legal basis: your consent.

No data is collected without your knowledge, and no advertising profiling is carried out.

Quote requests and contact messages: three years from the last exchange, unless the relationship becomes contractual.

Client area data: for the duration of the contract, then five years to meet accounting and evidentiary obligations.

Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscribing, which is immediate and followed by actual deletion of the record.

Analytics: thirteen months at most.

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred for advertising purposes.

It is accessible only to team members who need it, and to our technical processors: LWS (Ligne Web Services) for server and database hosting (France), and a transactional email provider for acknowledgements and subscription confirmations.

Each processor is contractually bound to use the data solely for the service entrusted to them, with no purpose of their own.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@rochtechnologie.com describing your request. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about the requester's identity.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority. In Togo this is the Instance de protection des données à caractère personnel (IPDCP), established by law no. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019. If you reside in the European Union, you may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working: authentication session, theme and language preferences, and a record of your consent choices. They cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies are set only after your explicit agreement and can be refused without degrading your experience.

No advertising cookie or third-party tracker is set without consent. You can change your choices at any time from the cookie settings panel at the bottom of this page.

Your choice is kept for six months, after which consent is requested again.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and never kept in clear text.

The database is not exposed to the internet: it is reachable only from the application server. Access to production data is restricted and logged, and encrypted backups are taken daily.

In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights, we will inform you without undue delay.
