ROCH Technologie

Terms of use

Last updated : September 2, 2026

These terms govern access to the website and the client area. By using them, you agree to comply with them.

01Purpose

This website presents the services of ROCH Technologie and allows visitors to request a quote, subscribe to the newsletter and, for clients, follow the progress of their projects.

The services themselves are governed by separate contracts. These terms neither replace nor amend them.

02Status of estimates

The cost estimator in the quote wizard produces a purely indicative range, calculated automatically from your answers.

It is neither an offer nor a contractual commitment, and may differ significantly from the final costing. Only a named, dated and signed quotation binds the parties.

03Work presented

The work described in the “Work” section corresponds to projects actually delivered. Clients are referred to generically, without naming their organisation, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise.

The figures shown were observed in the specific context of each project and are not a promise of performance transferable to another.

04Client account

Access to the client area is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account.

Report any unauthorised use you become aware of immediately to contact@rochtechnologie.com.

We may suspend an account in the event of manifestly abusive use or attempts to compromise the security of the service.

05Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, logo, code — is protected. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited, except for short quotations with attribution.

Deliverables produced for a client are transferred to them under the terms of the governing contract.

06Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the site available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted.

Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Contractual availability commitments apply to delivered services, not to this marketing site.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by Togolese law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lomé.

This clause does not deprive consumers residing in the European Union of the mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of residence.
